Zendaya filmed rаcy scenes with a very helpful iոtimacy coach during steamy moments
Zendaya has detailed filming steamy scenes on set.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “We had an intimacy co-ordinator [for Challengers] which was fantastic and very helpful, because it was important that we felt safe.”

The actress also discussed how she bonded with her co-stars away from the cameras to make sure they were all comfortable with one another.
Zendaya explained: “I spoke with my colleagues so that we could find a way to feel at ease. We played tennis together, we went out together, we rehearsed together. We got to bond and feel good with each other.”
In the new film, directed by Luca Guadagnino, Zendaya plays tennis coach Tashi Duncan, who used to be a player herself.

The character stumbles into a love triangle with two other athletes, who are played by Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist.
Faist also addressed their bonding time away from set and added: “We were able to spend time together during rehearsals and beyond, especially with Josh.
We were able to get to know each other as people before we could get into the film. We created a real friendship that created the basis of the film.”

The premise of the film has been released and explains that Tashi is a “former tennis prodigy turned coach” who is married to a current champion experiencing a losing streak.
“Her strategy for her husband’s redemption takes a surprising turn when he must face off against his former best friend and Tashi’s former boyfriend.”
The film was originally announced back in February 2022 and filming began soon after in May that same year. Challengers are set to be released in cinemas on 26 April.
