After spending the summer away from the West Coast, Jennifer Lopez is looking for a new place to call home in Los Angeles.
The 55-year-old Atlas star is back looking for a property in Los Angeles after spending time in the Hamptons and on holiday in Europe.
According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, she just viewed a «truly exceptional» Beverly Hills mansion. The insider claims that the listing provides a great degree of seclusion on a peaceful neighborhood with A-list neighbors.
According to the source, it’s the «perfect setting for those seeking seclusion.»
The insider adds that Lopez quietly has been «looking on and off» since touring another home in May.
The celebrity has also reportedly been examining homes that are not formally on the market, which is a standard technique for extremely high-end real estate.
Prior to the closing on Lopez’s birthday, July 24, PEOPLE reported that her 51-year-old husband Ben Affleck had completed the acquisition of a new $20.5 million home.
Since buying their combined Beverly Hills property in May 2023 for just under $61 million, the pair has been attempting to sell it.
They decided to list it publicly for $68 million in early July, after first making an off-market bid in June and failing to find a buyer.
Said to have been «recently renovated with the highest level of quality,» the 38,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home has a boxing ring, bar, sports area, fully equipped gym, and pickleball and basketball courts.
Celebrity realtor Josh Flagg, who is unrelated to the property, informed PEOPLE earlier this month that Affleck
and Lopez are probably «going to either break even or take a small loss» because they are openly marketing the house for «relatively close to what they paid for it.»
