The age of Runaway Bride is 25.
In the romantic comedy, which debuted in theaters on July 30, 1999, Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, who costarred in Pretty Woman, reunited as Maggie Carpenter, the «runaway bride» who had turned down several suitors.
In contrast, Gere portrays a reporter who has come to interview Maggie in order to write a story on her. (I’m sure you can predict what comes next!)
