While out on the town, Noah Cyrus and her mother Tish were spotted.

The «Lonely» singer, 24, and podcast host, 57, were spotted at a building in Encino, California on July 30. It has been speculated that the couple has been split for almost a year.

Shortly after her husband Dominic Purcell left in his pickup truck—which had two surfboards in the back—Noah allegedly made his way to Tish’s house.

The country-pop singer picked up her mother in her Range Rover for the outing, which coincides with country music artist Billy Ray’s contentious divorce fight with Firerose.

They then proceeded to the Encino Financial Center building, where they spent two hours.

Tish was wearing army green khakis and a gray pullover crew neck, while Noah, who was barefaced, was dressed in gray sweatpants, black Bob Seger T-shirt, and Mary Jane flats.

Then Tish got in Noah’s SUV and drove them back to her Toluca Lake.

The «July» singer celebrated the manager/producer’s birthday in May by posting an Instagram Story with a simple message that said, «happy birthday mom,» and a vintage picture of her and her mother.

The tweet was made in the wake of Billy Ray and Tish’s 2022 breakup, and it suggested a distance between Noah and some family members.

A young Noah is shown in the picture grinning and holding her mother’s arm, and Tish is seen posing next to a lit birthday cake.

The «Again» singer «was offended» by Tish’s 2023 marriage to Purcell, 54, because she had previously dated the Prison Break actor, a source told PEOPLE in March.

«Noah and Dominic were having intermittent, friends-with-benefits relationships. The insider stated at the time, «They stopped dating, and Tish then started something up.»

The source went on to say that when Tish got married to Purcell, she «never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this» and was aware that Purcell had been seeing her daughter.

Noah attacked an Instagram commenter who brought up the supposed drama the next month.
