Although she was unable to accept her gong in person, she did appear in a video message expressing her gratitude for the honor.
Sizzling up a storm in a sparkly mini-dress that flashed her cleavage and showed off her vertiginous legs, she oozed her inimitable magnetism on camera.
‘I wanted to say thank you so much for voting Flowers as the International Song Of The Year,’ the Can’t Be Tamed hitmaker crowed.
‘And a special thank you for giving me somewhere to wear this dress,’ she said, turning on her towering stilettos to reveal the outfit was backless.
The rear of the dress was cut dangerously low, far enough to expose Miley’s sensational array of back tattoos.
‘It’s incredible to win, but the real award is having this song loved all around the world,’ said the songstress, before tacking on the coy conclusion: ‘I know this video’s a little short, but I just wanted it to match my dress. Thank you!’
