A Yolanda Hadid-owned property in Malibu, California, that Kylie Jenner once rented, is now officially for sale.
According to listing agent Daniel Milstein, the 26-year-old entrepreneur of Kylie Cosmetics, rented the beachfront home in 2019 for $450,000 per month.
The home belonged to Hadid before Jenner rented it; she sold it for $19.5 million in 2015, the year she and her ex-husband David Foster announced their divorce after four years of marriage.
The mansion with six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms is currently for sale at $35 million.
Situated on more than three acres of land, the total residence spans 11,600 square feet. A theater room, wine cellar, infinity pool, and expansive vistas of the Santa Monica Mountains and Pacific Ocean are just a few of its remarkable features.
