In the picture, Kourtney posed wearing a black lace bodysuit with sheer panels that showed off her figure as she covered her chest with one arm.
In her other hand, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon held a breast pump as she looked down at what she was doing.
She paired the look with black pointed stiletto heels while in full glam get up, including a full face of makeup with eyeshadow, contour and nude lipstick.
She styled her signature brunette hair in a middle parting with long layers that tumbled over her shoulders as she crossed her legs to pump.
In the caption, Kourtney wrote: “That’s life,” as fans rushed to comment on her recent snaps and selfies. Someone said:

Her sibling Khloe proudly stated “that’s my sister” while fellow A-lister Chrissy Teigen also left red heart emojis for the reality TV star.
