One of Katy Perry’s well-known NSFW songs is currently being incessantly sung by her daughter.
During her Thursday, July 25, appearance on BBC’s The One Show, the 39-year-old singer of «Woman’s World» revealed that her 3-year-old daughter Daisy Dove,
whom she has with her partner Orlando Bloom, 47, had begun singing a song of hers that contains blatant innuendo.
«She really just began to sing ‘Roar.'» «On the other hand, she’s also singing ‘Peacock,’ and I now understand the struggles that every parent faced in 2008,» remarks Perry. «And I’m sorry!»
Perry’s daughter debuted in public for the first time in November, when she made an onscreen appearance during a Saturday night performance, the singer’s final concert of her Las Vegas residency.
Just before performing her 2008 hit song «Hot n Cold,» the «Teenage Dream» singer paused to give a quick shout-out to her child.
«Daisy! Fan-captured video of Perry saying, «I love you so much,» was posted on X (previously known as Twitter). «You’re my best friend, I’m so glad you’re here.»
«I’m going to sing this next song — I think you know it?» The pleased mother went on, addressing her daughter personally, who was in the crowd wearing a Minnie Mouse costume.
