Julia Fox admits she’s been celibate for years and has never felt better
Julia Fox has revealed that she’s been in a dry spell for many years.
The actress wrote on TikTok: “2.5 years of celibacy and never been better to be honest,” which implies that she hasn’t had sex since 2021.
The Uncut Gems star famously dated rapper Kanye West back in 2023, but she later told the New York Times that their relationship was platonic.
Fox was previously married to private pilot Peter Artemiev for three years until they went their separate easy back in 2022, and the pair share their son Valentino.
Back in October 2022, Julia announced that she had “sworn off” men and wasn’t interested in giving birth ever again.
Via TikTok, Julia said: “I don’t need men to like me, and that is a luxury that I earned [after] making men like me or find me desirable or interesting or attractive for so many years.
Now I’m at a place where I’m like: I don’t give an’ Also, like, I have a kid already so it’s like I did what I was supposed to do by society standards, my vagina is retired. The doors are closed, shut, sealed after what she went through!”
Fox has never been afraid about discussing her sex life and often speaks out about her past. Now, Julia has had enough and previously told Elle that she “wants to be left alone”.
“I feel like knowingly engaging in a heterosexual relationship, you are signing yourself up for an unhealthy dynamic,” said the star.
She then stated that “a wife and a prostitute do the same thing,” but a wife just sticks “with the same man”.
Fox is known for her acting roles and as a fashion icon, but recently she has been dipping her toes into the world of music.
She recently released the music video for her single Down the Drain, which is the name of her autobiography, released in 2023.
