The model, 38, posed up a storm for the Formula 1- inspired shoot, in a bid to engage even more fashion with the sport.
In one of the shot, Irina joined Ferrari race drivers, Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc as they struck a pose in the middle of a track.
Vogue Italia dedicated next month’s edition to the sport in the hope of creating a female stance, posing Irina as a role model.
Irina couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she strutted across the racetracks in a glamorous white jacket, holding onto a medical box.
