The trendy outfits included a gorgeous pink butterfly crop top that displayed her bump along with baggy jeans.
Hailey — who is said to be six months along — tenderly rested one hand beneath her bump as she posed by a grassy field.
In another snap, she opted for a more laid-back look as she relaxed outside.
She wore a white tee that was raised to display her midsection, along with a snazzy cap and her engagement ring.
The carousel also included a snap of Hailey clad in denim overalls and a red hat, however her bump was not visible.
