Christina Hall promises, in the midst of a painful divorce, to never give up her calm once more
Christina Hall revealed she is finally starting to feel like herself again, one month after she and her estranged husband Josh filed for divorce.
On Friday night, the Flip or Flop alum, 41, shed light on how she’s been navigating the end of her three-year marriage, which has included family time, laughing with friends and staying busy with work.

‘One month later … I finally have my appetite back [and] I’m exercising again,’ the reality star wrote on her Instagram Story. ‘My kids are happy, and our house feels like home.’
She continued: »»Those poor kids» adore me [and] anyone who knows us for real knows this, and that’s what matters.’
Despite her heartbreak, the mother-of-three said she has had some of the ‘best night with friends recently’ and ‘laughed more’ than she has ‘in forever.’

‘Work is going so well it feels like a dream,’ she gushed. ‘I made myself and [my life coach] a promise — I will never ever give away my peace again.’
‘I will say: If you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back, there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life,’ she added.

Christina concluded the post by writing: ‘A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present. If that’s the lesson, I’ll take it. When you have a positive mindset, the rest will work itself out like it always does.’
Moments later, she uploaded a sweet snap of herself cuddling on the couch with her eight-year-old Brayden, who she shares with ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, four, who she welcomed during her second marriage to Ant Anstead.
