Blake Lively portrays a gangster in baggy trousers, suspenders and a fedora
Blake Lively paid homage to a century ago as she channeled a 1920s gangster on the set of her latest flick.
The 36-year-old actress — who has routinely been serving looks on set — was spotted rocking an eyebrow-raising look as she filmed A Simple Favor 2 in Rome on Sunday.

As if the sartorial choices weren’t already glam enough, the blonde bombshell was seen deplaning from a private jet as she walked down steps onto a runway in character as upper-class woman Emily Nelson.
Blake rocked an Al Capone-esque look which consisted of baggy black pinstriped trousers, white suspenders, and a black button-down dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
She accessorized with a bright red rose pinned to her top along with a grey fedora while shooting scenes in the upcoming sequel, as she will return to the franchise alongside co-star Anna Kendrick.

The A-lister added her own fashionable flair to the ensemble as she opted for black stilettos instead of wingtip shoes.
Her signature blonde locks were put in a ponytail under her fashionable headwear as she showcased her natural looks with complementary make-up.
A Simple Favor 2 is the sequel to the 2018 dark comedy helmed by Paul Feig, who returns to direct the next chapter.
According to a synopsis, A Simple Favor 2 sees ‘the return of Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Lively) as they head to the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman.

‘Along with the glamorous guests, except murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square,’ Variety revealed.
Kendrick, 37, is excited about the sequel, saying that Stephanie has ‘got like a little bit more savvy in her,’ but ‘she’s still Stephanie at the end of the day,’ per E! News.
‘I’ve actually read the script now,’ the actress told the outlet, ‘and it’s so good.’
Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, Ian Ho and Kelly McCormack all reprising their roles from the first feature.
