Beaming Amanda Holden looks refreshed on breakfast show as she reveals why she wasn’t at the awards
Amanda Holden looked fresh-faced and ready to work as she arrived at Heart FM for her breakfast show in central London on Monday morning.
The radio host’s appearance was in slight contrast to her co-star Ashley Robert’s arrival, who covered her eyes with shades following a boozy night at the TV BAFTAs.
Amanda, 53, was notably absent from the star-studded ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall, despite attending in previous years.
However, clearing up any questions about her no show, Amanda told her Instagram followers she had been filming a project in Glasgow over the weekend.
Amanda looked seriously chic in a blue blouse, which she teamed with a pretty patterned blue mini skirt and white heels.
Amanda wore her blonde locks in a bouncy blown out style, while opting for glamorous make-up and a pair of square shades.
The mother of two completed her stylish outfit with a small white handbag and two delicate gold chain necklaces.
It comes as her co-host Ashley was spotted holding her head as she arrived at work, hours after she was seen leaving the BAFTA TV Awards.
The radio presenter, 42, covered her eyes with a pair of funky white shades, while also masking her face with her hand as she made her way to Global Studios.
Her outing came hours after Ashley was pictured looking bleary-eyed as she made her way home following the event at the Royal Festival Hall.
Ashley was escorted by a member of staff, who kindly held her bag as she made her way down to the steps and to her ride home.
Despite the worst for wear display, Ashley pulled it together for Heart Breakfast, where she appears alongside Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston.
